Dana K. S. Lee - Associate

Dana K. S. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the container shipping and related services industry working in the US, Hong Kong and China. His areas of expertise include marketing strategy, business development, product management and information technology. He has built long term relationships with all major transportation and logistics providers in the Asia Pacific Region particularly in China. He was born in Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

He received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and started as a management trainee with Transamerica Leasing now TAL. After various internal projects regarding container yard and marine chassis, in 1998 he relocated to Hong Kong as Territory Manager for TAL’s Greybox Logistics Services. He helped expand the Greybox service offering and the Asian customer base. He moved to Triton Container as Director Asia Pacific for International Asset System (IAS) a separate subsidy. After a number of years in Asia he moved to the US Headquarters for IAS to head up the Product Development and Service Implementation teams. He managed the joint venture with Motorola for container yards using RFID. His various consulting projects since IAS including working with PE companies for industry investment in 3PL’s, NVOCC’s and IT providers. His most recent assignment was in China, expanding product development and customer base for an auto logistics company.
